At Brazzers Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the return authorization number is clearly visible on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location using the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
